Lexi Hall is a writer and illustrator born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She lives in Boston where she works as the children's bookseller and newsletter editor at Beacon Hill Books & Cafe.

    Illustration clients include Hollins Magazine, Denison Univeristy's Postscript Magazine and The Big Kit & Lil' Kaboodle children's magazine. She illustrated Enough Elizabeths, a picture book written by Heather Harris Bergevin, coming from Lucky Rabbit Publishing in Spring 2026.

     Lexi is currently pursuing her MFA in Children's Book Writing and Illustration from  Hollins University.  She won the Margaret Kates award for visual art at the Francelia Butler Conference in 2024 and 2025 and was awarded the 2025 Summer conference SCBWI Student Illustrator Scholarship.
